Ihre Gaga stunden erlebte ich in Tel Aviv, Köln und als workshop in Wien und in der Eifel. Konzentriert, spielerisch und inspirierend leitete sie uns durch die Stunde der Gaga-Körpersprache. Ich liebe besonders die Zeit für unsere Improvisation, wo wir die Erforschung unserer eigenen Bewegungen erproben und ausbauen können. Nach unserem eigenen Vermögen. In ihren Workshops war ich erstaunt, dass ich sogar eine halbe Stunde lang meine eigene Bewegungsphantasie entfalten kann. Das ist eine wichtige Erfahrung, ohne eine Anleitung das Gelernte in Eigenes umzusetzen

Ale öffnet durch ihren Unterricht einen Raum, in dem unterschiedliche Reflexionen, Erfahrungen und Auseinandersetzungen mit dem eigenen Körper und den inneren und äußeren Bewegungen/ Schwingungen möglich sind. In einer respektvollen und liebevollen Atmosphäre treffen unterschiedliche Ichs aufeinander, die hier und da miteinander korrespondieren, sich gegenseitig inspirieren, einander beobachten ohne das Gegenüber zu bewerten. Während der Stunde weiß man oft gar nicht genau, was mit einem passiert, man lässt sich selbst immer mehr los und spürt nach was passiert, ohne dabei Regeln von falsch oder richtig zu folgen, sondern indem man versucht den Moment zu zelebrieren. Ale schafft durch ihr liebevolle und humorvolle Art eine Atmosphäre in der ich mich immer sehr wohl fühle und eingeladen bin, mehr über mich und andere zu erfahren.

Regular Online Movement Research classes with Ale were a real gift of 2020!

This practice helps me find a quality of movement that can only be discovered within. Ale's cues, images and textures are liberating, at times challenging, at times playful. They "unglue" my body from the day, my bones form the skin, expression from limitations, flesh from controlling thoughts. The flow does not discriminate between an emotion, a blockage, fire or stillness. I feel more space within and more integrated after each class.
